Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy on memberships, which means you have 3 days after receiving your membership to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original state. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at droughtproof4life@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

MEMBER PARTNERSHIP

As part of your membership, you hereby grant your permission for Drought Proof LLC, to share your information with our Affiliates. Upon review of your credit, Drought Proof LLC, may elect to make specific offers of credit or other products and services to you, unless specifically prohibited by your express instructions or other applicable law. These offers may be delivered to you through www.DroughtProof4Life.com or through an email from Drought Proof. As part of this membership, you agree Drought Proof LLC, may contact you unless specifically prohibited by your express instructions or other applicable law. You understand there are no guarantees nor is there a promise that products or services will be offered to you or that you will qualify for any products or services. If you accept any offers, you will be required to complete a credit or other form of application.

Some of our product has a monthly Membership fee and we have various plans to choose from. See Membership Options & Pricing to determine which Membership plan best suits your needs. You will be billed once per month on the anniversary of your Bill Date and your services will be renewed each month unless you cancel your membership. If your bill day is not available on a particular month, then you will be billed on the last day of that month.

You may cancel your Membership at any time by (1) using our Notice of Cancellation form, or (2) log in to your account and manually cancel, or (3) call our customer service at (954) 656-2621.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the it is defective, damaged or if you receive or ordered the wrong item or membership, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital books or information that has already been delivered (such as digital content and disputes in process), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
